Well, in honor of Thanksgiving - These pictures (thanks Katy!) are from a few weeks ago in Belfast when we had a lovely night of cooking, hangin' out, playing cards, drinking wine and enjoying our hard-earned meal :)

The most delicious purple carrots in the world! - We think they were a hybrid carrot-beetroot... so what does that make? a carroot? a beetarrot?
I don't recall what this dessert was called... but I shall name it 'warm fruit, cake & sugar delight' (I'm not sure that should be coined though ;-) )
