Entering Northern Ireland

First, I'd like to make a disclaimer - It looks as though I wear the same clothes ALL THE TIME based on the pictures that I post, but it's just that I only really take pictures when we are out and about & I am wearing my "outdoor clothes." So anyway, I do have quite a varied wardrobe. BUT moving on... I have begun my 3 week excursion to Northern Ireland. We began in County Armagh, which is a border county between the Republic and the North. So here are some pics from the 2 days spent there...
I actually forget what this rock structure was... but it was built for some purpose a long time ago. :)

'Flagstaff viewpoint' - very pretty.
These bathrooms were picture worthy, because they were bombproof. crazy.

cutest Irish man I've met yet. - Mickey

Mickey wanted us to follow him through this field, his only disclaimer was that we may have to run from the huge bull. Our director opted the group out of this route...

This pub has been passed down for MANY generations through Bernard's family. Most traditional Irish pub I've seen! - An actual PUBlic house, with couches and all.

Irish jam session. Awesome!!

These two churches are facing each other on opposing hills. They are the main churches of each denomination in all of Ireland.

We stopped by Dan Winter's cottage (of the Orange Order) and met this pig and had delicious apple tart - fresh from the apple orchard.

More coming soon...
